Darbie Lastra is a Benefits Processor for JacksonWhite Elder Law. She has been with the firm for three years. Darbie helps our clients by getting them financially approved for the ALTCS program. She continues to monitor cases thru changes and redeterminations. Prior to coming to JacksonWhite, Darbie worked for the State of Arizona in their ALTCS division. She also has many years of customer service and clerical work experience.
Darbie attended Rio Salado and Mesa Community College where she studied customer service, AHCCCS, ALTCS eligibility, ALTCS non-financial, ALTCS resources, ALTCS advanced eligibility and Spanish. Darbie is currently taking classes at Mesa Community College to further her education.
Darbie is active in the community and volunteers her time for a number of organizations, including the East Valley Senior Center and Mesa United Way. Darbie is very resourceful and is eager to help out in any project thrown her way. She enjoys working for JacksonWhite because she feels she is making a difference in the lives of our clients.
