2008 ALTCS Eligibility

As of July 1, 2008, there were changes to ALTCS Eligibility amounts. See this post for specific information on the new numbers and what these changes mean to ALTCS applicants.  Below is a list of the current eligibility numbers. The next round of changes will occur in October. ALTCS Income Eligibility Cap: $1,911

Maximum Community Spouse Resource Allowance: $104,400

Minimum Community Spouse Resource Allowance: $20,880

Maximum Monthly Maintenance Needs Allowance: $2,610

Minimum Monthly Maintenance Needs Allowance: $1,750

Personal Needs Allowance: $95.55
