2009 ALTCS INCOME Eligibility Numbers

A new year means new ALTCS eligibility numbers. Here’s an update:

Limitations placed on income are dependant on the marital status of the ALTCS applicant. If the applicant is single, the maximum income cannot exceed $2,022.00. If both husband and wife are applying for benefits, the monthly income cannot exceed $4,044.00. These limitations for both single and married applicants are effective for the year 2009 and are reviewed on an annual basis.
