Shavain Z. Benedict

Shavain Z. Benedict is an Elder Law Legal Assistant, who has been with
JacksonWhite since January 2006. Shavain has worked in all capacities of the Elder Law Department, but is now primarily responsible for the preparation of client legal documents and the management of ALTCS/Medicaid planning and VA case files. She oversees her client's cases from beginning to end, ensuring each case is handled in a timely manner.

Shavain graduated from the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She has worked with the elderly population for the past 11 years. She began her career in the health care field where she previously assisted in the management of a private medical practice. Shavain enjoys working
with the elderly population and strives to serve their needs.

Shavain has served the community through her volunteer work at Mesa Senior Services and Mesa United Way.
